-includes 3 hours of cooking at $25/hr + cost of food and herbs to prepare food

-Meals (lunch and dinner), snack, and medicinal drinks for 2 adults

-All food prepared in the ways of Postpartum and Ayurvedic Wisdom which nourishes, heals, and brings mama back into balance after pregnancy and birth.

-Each food delivery includes a postpartum check in, herbal sitz bath ran, postpartum tea, emotional support, and food served.

*Simple Herbals Foods Day Package $220

-Home visit - Herbal sitz bath ran, postpartum tea, emotional support, food served

-Meals (lunch and dinner), snack OR Birthday cake and medicinal drinks for a day.

-3 weeks Postpartum Herbal Package

*New mama Basic First 3 days Postpartum Package. $420

-Home visit - herbal sitz bath ran, postpartum tea, emotional support, food served.

-Meals (lunch and dinner), snacks, Birthday cake, and medicinal drinks for the first 3 days.

*Touching Heaven Postpartum Foods Package $980

-3 home visits in your first week postpartum-herbal sitz bath ran, postpartum tea, emotional support, food served.

-Meals (lunch and dinner), snacks, Birthday cake, and medicinal drinks for 7 days after birth.

*Sacred Window Weekly Delivery Package

-Home visit once a week for 6 weeks - herbal sitz bath ran, postpartum tea, emotional support, food served.

-Meals (lunch and dinner), snacks, Birthday cake, and medicinal drinks delivered once a week for 6 weeks.
